Does DMV in Oregon press charges?

I let my sister get an ID under my name with her picture, a few years ago, so she could get into bars. I went to get my license reinstated and her picture was the one they saw and wanted to know who that was. They erased hers and gave me my license but I'm worried that they might press charges on her or on me if I say that I let her do it. Does anyone have an idea?
