A weird color of yellow (never seen before) drainage coming out of my nose.?

I'm just getting over a sinus infection (which I cured with Hydrogen Peroxide) about 5 days ago. It just started tonight, mostly when I bend over. This color is almost like the color of a CAT bulldozer. I just started taking Melatonin but all I've heard about the side effects for that is nightmares and drowsiness. Is this just a sign that my infection isn't over yet?
