New upgraded cell phone or iPod?

I am going to buy me a new electronic, but I don't know which to buy. I have a cell phone already, but I want one with a qwerty keyboard. I really like to listen to music, watch videos, pod casts, and movies though. I would also use my ipod for lectures. Tell me which you think I need more. For those of you who choose ipod, I need to know whether to get the Touch or Clic. I really want the touch because of all the features. The clic is way too much memory although and i know my library want get over 32 gb which the touch has. But the 32 gb touch is just so much money, I think it's overpriced.
