How to avoid awkwardness at Christmas get-togethers with the family?

My father's side of the family is...odd, to say the least. Everytime my aunts and cousins see me, I'm bombarded with shouts of "You've got your mothers giant bazongas", pats to the *** and comments of its size, encouragement to compare thongs, and questions about my life. Maybe this is just normal family banter, but I'm a rather introverted person, so things like this freak me the fuc* out. Is there any way for me to actually respond to them in a normal manner or should I just laugh it off and say nothing? I don't want to seem cold towards my own family, but once they get into their liquor, they can get kind of wild...
