How does the Honda Fit handle in the winter?
I have a 2000 Subaru Outback that I bought to get out of my alley in the winter, because it took the city up to 3 weeks before they got around to plowing my alley. The only way out was with a 4-wheel drive. I am moving, so I no longer have to deal with this problem. I'm thinking of selling my Outback and I've been looking at the Honda Fit. It's a great car to drive, and has all the features I'm looking for at a reasonable price. Oh yeah, it gets great gas mileage too. Since it's summertime, I'm wondering how it will handle in the Minnesota winters. Has anyone driven the Fit in a winter climate, and how does it drive on snow and ice?
