Help Please! i got some kinda virus, spyware thing?

If you have a legitimate copy of windows, download windows defender. Do a full scan. The first time it runs, it may allow this program to run. When it's done, open it, go to history, where it says allowed, change to delete. Do this for every program that doesn't have a name or is call an IE helper. That's short for Internet Explorer. Keep running this program and deleting these IE's. It takes time. It will eliminate them.
