Hmm now to think of it ...devolping too fast?? ?

Well I've been answerin questions of pueberty nd i have some for myself.... uhm am i devolping too fast???????? i got my period wen i it was a week before my 9th birthday. Nd i just turned 13 .nd my bra size is 38C. Nd Uhmm ...hmm i kinda have to get them a little bit bigger bc there not startin to fit me nd plus wen i take it off i have its so rexlaxin bc my bras usually tight.........(sorry if u didn't want to know tht lol) answer thanks :)
