BEST CPU PROCESSOR FOR FAST ENCODING VIDEO TO PUT ON DVD?

hi i have just purchased a new motherboard and need a processor for it im thinking of a intel core duo that is compatable with my board i do a lot of encoding to put on dvd i want a fast encoding processor any ideas im looking to pay around �40 for a used one my motherboared model is dg45id please help
