Can iguanas survive with just a UVB light and no real sunlight?

I was wondering if a 30% UVA and 5% UVB tube light is enough for a baby iguana to stay healthy with. If so, does that mean I will never have to give it real sunlight, because at the moment I have no way or providing it. Please reply.
