DMSA while on Celexa?
DMSA, the chelate for mercury and lead. I am trying to find out for sure wether one can take DMS while on Celexa or not? Is there any interaction? Since from my experience and an attemp to figure it out while on Celexa, DMSA temporarily relieves pressure in the head when you take it since it causes downward gradient of mercury and other metals' flow thus, possibly, temporarily detaching from brain neuron's and causing increase in serotonin, which in combination with Celexa causes serotonin syndrome, since I have experienced extreme sweating and fever the following day in addition to short term memory loss in terms of reading engineering material and then not recalling anything the following day. Of course, what I did is rapidly decrease Celexa, which did not help much since the constand influence of Celexa far outweighs the effects of DMSA relief, therefore, now back onto 30 mg of Celexa from initial 60 mg, I am hoping that while slowly tapering off of Celexa I could replace it with DMSA and avoid going back to Celexa ever again in addition to replacing with Magnesium and 5-HTP if necessary, or occasionally taking 1 mg of Celexa once a month. Therefore, my question is, does DMSA interact with Celexa in any way wether in the body, or the redistribution of Metals in the Brain? And also, does mercury or led poisoning generally decrease serotonin levels in the brain to cause people to develope psychological/psychiatric problems, since Mercury destroys neurons, or at least impedes their function/growth??
