Does a 5400 rpm vs 7200 rpm laptop make a difference for basic usage?
I already have a quick and efficient laptop. I am considering getting a 13 inch one for basic usage such as word processing and surfing the internet, so i can do work in cles & the library. I will not be using this as my primary laptop and will only be using ms office/excel/power point in conjunction with firefox. so will a 5400 rpm hard drive make any difference, also how will it affect how windows loads. also does a ultra low voltage core 2 duo make a difference in this scenario, if i use it for basic usage will i ever feel the pain of a low powered processor?
