How do u think my situation is objectively?

ive been friends with a girl now for a while. we dont see each other often but every now and again we will get coffee or lunch. anyways i texted her a week ago out of nowhere not expecting a response. she texted me back and suggested getting coffee or lunch. shes dating another guy and was dating him the last time we got together. anyways when i left last time she gave me a very tight hug and i felt pretty much everything. at the time she was seeing him once a week. well back to what been going on lately. shes flaked out on me and said she was having a bad day based on having a rough weekend with the guy shes dating. shes always been a little flakey not just with me but with everyone i know that she knows as well. she said she was sorry and that she def wanted to get together tommorow. do u think she sees me as a friend? do u think shes a little more interested? im cool with either one. im not possesive or jealous. im very laid back about the whole situation. but shes texted me alot and never flakes on getting back to me. so i know she wants to be my friend which is awesome. another sign i found a little intriguing is that before our last lunch together ended she said she wanted to send me a postcard bc i was going on an 2 1/2 week outdoor adventure. your thoughts?
