I broke my wrist snowboarding and it's only a small break, not the scaphiod, and I was told it should heal nicely. I have a splint on for 3 weeks and I now only have 10 days left. I was wondering if anyone could tell me some ways to help the healing of it while I still have the splint on because I have a badminton tourney coming up and golf season is soon and I don't want it to be very sore and stiff for very long afterwards. Please any advice would help!! Thanks
