Is it ok if I take little bit drinks in parties & meetings?

I am a marketing manager in a reputed company & I have to attend meetings & parties 4-5 times in a month. In meetings ale are taking drinks & peruse me to take also. I think from family side no oppose will come because my husband is house husband & I am the bread winner. my child is 4 years old. My hubby does not raise voice in front of me & he has not guts to question me about my life style & habits.My only worry about my reputation in the office & society.
