Ok to send girl flowers?? (butch s reply too!)?

So Im a girl (20yrs) and I really like my friend who is a . To me she is pure beauty and I never wanna see her sad. I would love to be with her (and she knows) but she is getting over a breakup with her previous gf who was scared to be seen with her (she wasnt out yet or whatever so it didnt work) so I have just been trying to be there for her as much as possible cuz I can tell she had been kinda bummed lately. So I wanted to do something thoughtful for her without being too pushy...just to let her know im here for her. I thought about sending flowers but she is butch so I dunno if she would like that (but she might). Does anyone think this is a good idea?? Anyone have any other suggestions?? Remember I dont wanna freak her out..I wanna make it sweet and simple.
