What old scary movie has a miniature cannibal in that the women shuts in the oven?

I remember seeing this movie when I was a teen in the 80's but I can't figure out the name of it. I remember the miniature cannibal chased the woman around her home. She shut it in a suit case and it cut its way out with a knife. She also shut it in the oven but that is all I really remember but I would like to find it as a gift for my sister!
