What pet should I get?

Ok, so I live in this apartment, it is quite spacious... I had 2 hamsters, they were fine, but they died, and I don't want any more... I have had a dog, but my parents say no to dogs because it was hard to have my dog in the apartment, no to cats because my dad doesn't like them.....So i have been thinking, maybe a tortoise... I will give a list of the animals we cant have and why: Dog (too hard to keep), cat(dad doesnt like it) hamster (ive had them already), ferrets( theyre illegal where i live), chinchilla(i have one at my moms house), guinea pig(i think i wouldnt mind having it again, but i already had one), fish(had those already) snakes(eww no way) tarantulas(eww no way) iguanas(not really into them) sooo yeah, our choice is quite limited... i am thinking about: a tortoise, or a little turtle, a budgie, a atoo or another bird, a rabbit, i think maybe mice(i dont know if my dad like them EITHER..) so plz plz plz help me!!
