Where would i go to buy really cheap stuff?

okay so i started bball about 2 weeks ago. our team wasnt the best, till my bff and i brought pep to them. we made them scream and cheer, causing them to be better. We wanna surprise them, and buy glitter hairspray, face paint, pre-wrap, and tie die socks. like the socks are a solid color with white tie died into it. do u know where my frined and i could buy this super cheap, cuz we have to pay ourselves and its close to the holidays so were low on money.. thx!!! happy holidays!!!!
