Do Christians think Fred Phelps of Westboro Baptist Church, will go to heaven?

I personally think the man is mentally unbalanced. With that in mind, God may overlook his behaviors. He has caused a great deal of hurt for many people, however. His "followers" (family members) will hopefully see the light and disband when he dies.
