GUYS: Why did he say this to me?!?

This is good and bad because he is getting very protective and that means he will be defensive when around you and he will want to start being with you all the time which can get rather annoying ( my sister had a bf like that) so it can be good and bad but it is good that he actually cares about you. and if your kissing anyone and stuff are the kind of questions that means he might be a little jealous
