How can I fluff up the fur in my boots?

I have bearpaw but I'm sure it's the same with uggs and others. I've only had them about a week but it's been snowy so i wear them a lot. The fur inside the heel and by the toes is getting flattened out and I'm looking for a way to fluff it back up. I don't really have time to get them dry cleaned so is there something I can do at home for this?
