Pregnancy symptoms or just sick?

If I conceived I would be around 5 weeks pregnant. A few weeks ago there was a light red discharge for two days. Last week I had a brownish discharge, twinges in my stomach, diarrhea for a couple days (gross I know sorry), headaches, mood swings, and for a few days I was exhausted. This week there is no more discharge but my stomach still twinges and I have bad gas. No soreness or weight gain. Sorry if this is too much info I just am not sure if I should make a dr. appt.
