How do I get the girl?

tell her you love her and you love her for her personality and that no matter how she looks you will care for her. tell her that you'll stick by her when she has her change and if she doesn't believe you tell her to wait and see. Get her number and ask her out if thats what you want :) but if you want her to know you mean what you say, show her its unconditional by helping her with her change and sticking by her :) good luck i hope it works out!
