if you want earrings and stuff, go to claire's, they usually have like a buy 3 get one free deal going on.... if your mall has a dollar store you can get cute hair things, and sometimes they have make up,(e.l.f or aziza). its not rude for you to have more spending money than she does if you had a job and worked for it. your friend probably wont even notice how much you spend on stuff if you dont go announcing how much stuff costs. if you buy shoes, buy some that will match alot of your clothes.
