Who doesn't realize that ratings are what keeps viewership?

at its peak ?? no one is that dumb, but the networks think we are all stupid,its obvious, think about the View Rosie & Donald's back and forth nonsense, the views ratings were the highest ever.then along came the election Obama/McCain---the View had everyone who's anybody on ,,,,hugh ratings ..so now that the election is over, Again excellent reviews & ratings with the in-fighting of Elisabeth against all the rest...and ''BINGO'' all of a sudden they resurrect Rosie & barbara wa wa fighting, this is so insulting to our intelligence. What do you think ? agree or not................It's all about the $$$$$$$$$$$$
